These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text-messaging (SMS) program offered by Denver Capital, LLC (“Denver Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
Denver Capital, LLC sends maintenance and property-operations SMS messages to existing tenants who opt in to the program. Tenants may opt in at lease signing or at any other time during their tenancy. These messages relate to the day-to-day operation of the property you lease — for example, maintenance and repair updates, scheduled service or inspection notices, and other operational communications. We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies and depends on property-operations activity related to your tenancy.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by, and depend on, your mobile carrier and plan. Denver Capital is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of tenancy or of any purchase. You may decline to opt in, or opt out at any time by replying STOP, without affecting your lease or tenancy.
Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For more information about how we collect, use, and protect your information, please see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued participation in the SMS program after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
